SHIPPING POLICY
Our handcrafted products require made-to-order fulfillment in order to promote each product’s finest efficacy. Therefore, the entire process, from order placement to product creation to delivery, may take 5 to 8 business days for completion. We appreciate your respect and patience for this process.

Orders are shipped within the United States via current United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or FedEx delivery rates. In addition, a $5.00 handling fee is added for Priority Express requests. An automated email will be sent with the package tracking information following shipment. State of Serenity Gifts is not to be held liable for lost or stolen orders.
Return Policy
We hope that our products and care boxes bring joy to all. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to cancel an order after your payment has been processed, email us with your order number and your reason for canceling to stateofserenitygifts@gmail.com. If your order has not yet shipped, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
If you are dissatisfied with your product or purchase, please let us know in detail the reason(s) for your dissatisfaction and any recommendations for improvement. We are continuously striving to improve and expand our offerings. If a product is delivered damaged, submit a photo of the damaged product and its shipment packaging with a copy of the sales receipt to stateofserenitygifts@gmail.com within 15 days of receipt. Returns are not able to be accepted due to the nature of the products. Refunds or product replacements will be issued upon the discretion of State of Serenity Gifts. Thank you!
